Financial Protection
All of your payments are fully protected & bonded either through ABTA (for coach tours) or ATOL (for air tours).
Full Refund due to DfE Advice
We will refund you if the DfE (of devolved Education Department) advise against trips up to 60 days before departure.
Full Refund due to Quarantine
We will refund you if quarantine is required up to 14 days pre-departure, at your destination on arrival or on return to the UK.
Fully Rebookable due to Lockdown
Fully rebookable if your group is affected by local or national lockdown measures up to 14 days before departure.
Full Refund due to FCDO Advice
We will refund you if the FCDO advise against all but essential travel up to 14 days before departure.
Valid on new bookings for the 21/22 academic year. Refunds and offers only remain valid where bookings have paid all subsequent payments on time, as per your booking confirmation and/or our terms and conditions. Refunds are only valid where the entire group booking is cancelled per these terms. Individual cancellations are subject to our standard cancellation terms.
