Our Travel & General Tour Operators Liability Insurance Policy

Varsity Travel hold a Combined Liability insurance policy with Travel & General Insurance Ltd. The policy covers the following:

Public Liability Insurance

Varsity Travel are insured against sums liable to pay as damages caused by accidental injury to any person or accidental damage to property. Limit of Liability: £5,000,000 any one occurrence. Excess: £1,000 per person, limited to £5,000 (but £25,000 in respect of food poisoning) in all any one occurrence.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Euclidian Ltd. will indemnify Varsity Travel against all sums which it may become legally liable to pay arising from any claims made by a customer and notified during the period of insurance as a direct result of negligence and/or breach of contract in the conduct of the Varsity Travel’s business. Limit of Liability: £600,000 any one loss and in all any one period of insurance. Excess: £250 per person but limited to £1,250 in all any one occurrence.

Endsleigh Groups Travel Insurance Policy

We can recommend an Essential Travel Insurance Policy for your group with Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd. This policy provides for all the vital cover needed for holiday emergencies such as medical emergencies, loss of luggage, money, passports etc, delays and cancellations as well as legal expenses and personal liability. Full details of the Endsleigh Insurance cover provided are available upon request. The cost of this optional travel insurance is approximately £0.65p per student per day.
