As a company, we are constantly striving to make improvments to our tours. On returning to the UK, each group leader receives a 'Post Holiday Questionnaire' to allow for invaluable feedback. "The Tour Director, Mrs. Richelet, has been an extraordinary asset to this educational experience for pupils and staff alike. She was very knowledgeable and, above all, transmitted her love of Spanish culture to the students. The excursions were very well organised and targeted to pupils' needs. "The catering was excellent. One or two pupils moaned a little about the range of meals available but all were generally very happy and well fed. The picnic lunches were very popular and gave us time to relax near the sights, such as in the sunshine on the grass by the Eiffel Tower. The Tour Director was always full of enthusiasm, approachable, knowledgeable and popular with both pupils and staff. The itinerary was very full and quite tiring at times but we were happy that pupils were busy and tired rather than bored.
